About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to Directors who can efficiently manage executive schedules, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-up on critical tasks. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and be capable of working in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Directors.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up until completion.
- Handle email and communication on behalf of the Directors as required.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and business documents.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Perform general office coordination and administrative responsibilities.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO/Directors.
- Candidates with stable experience in office administration and executive coordination are also encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Secretarial Practice/Office Administration will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks (most important requirement).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Shorthand will be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹14,733.56 - ₹22,072.59 per month
