Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor infrastructure and systems in a 24x7 environment.
- Detect, troubleshoot and escalate incidents in real time.
- Coordinate issue resolution and maintain incident reports.
- Ensure system availability and reduce downtime.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Networking.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Graylog.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Monitoring Tools.
- Experience in Bash or Python scripting.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
- Experience with RCA, runbooks, and incident management processes.
