Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire candidates for sales positions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
- Support attendance, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Work closely with sales managers to meet hiring targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
