Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and labor licenses.
- Coordinate employee documentation, and background verification.
- Monitor contract labor compliance and vendor documentation.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports and statutory registers.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required HR documents.
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory registrations and licenses.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Handle employee grievance and disciplinary documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure statutory deductions and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other labor legislations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Good documentation and record management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
