Role Summary
We are hiring an Equity Dealer cum Investor Advisor who will be responsible for executing client trades through Dial & Trade, monitoring client portfolios, tracking market developments, and assisting clients with equity-related investment guidance. The candidate should be comfortable using trading terminals like Sharekhan Trade Tiger and ODIN, and must have strong knowledge of equity market products and risk monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute client trades via Dial & Trade for Equity / Derivatives as per client instructions.
· Ensure timely and accurate order punching and execution on trading terminals.
· Monitor client portfolios and positions to maintain regular interaction with clients for portfolio updates, market movement insights, and requirement-based support.
· Use trading platforms such as Sharekhan Trade Tiger and ODIN efficiently for dealing and monitoring.
· Guide clients regarding:
Ø IPO applications
Ø OFS opportunities
Ø Rights Issues / Buybacks
Ø Important equity market developments/news flow
· Monitor the Clients Risk Position as per RMS.
· Provide post-market trade confirmations, reports, and resolving client queries where required
Skills & Requirements
· Strong understanding of equity markets and trading execution
· Experience in client dealing / dealer desk / broking terminal handling
· Proficiency in Sharekhan Trade Tiger and ODIN (preferred)
· Good communication skills in Hindi + English.
· Ability to monitor client positions, margins, and risk exposure
· Fast and accurate order execution with strong attention to detail
· Calm decision-making ability during volatile market conditions
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience of more than 5 years as an Equity Dealer / RM Support / Trading Dealer
- Knowledge of corporate actions: IPO, OFS, Rights, bonus, splits
- Strong client handling and relationship-based advisory approach
- NISM VIII certification Mandatory.
