Job Overview
We are hiring a Jewellery Sales Associate for a jewellery showroom in Bardoli, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining jewellery products, and supporting showroom sales activities.
Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in jewellery, retail, showroom sales, customer service, fashion, or accessories sales will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and available options.
- Demonstrate jewellery products and help customers make purchase decisions.
- Assist customers throughout the sales and purchase process.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide good customer service.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Support the showroom team in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom presentation.
- Keep the showroom area clean and organized.
- Maintain basic customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations.
- Follow company policies and sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, showroom sales, fashion, accessories, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Candidates from Bardoli and nearby areas may be preferred.
