Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and highly articulate Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our field sales team, site supervisors, and our clients for Modular Kitchens and Premium Window Systems. You will manage day-to-day sales operations, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth back-end coordination to help close deals and maintain high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Understand client requirements and assign leads to the sales or design teams.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and updated records of clients, follow-ups, quotes, and project statuses in our system.
- Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Assist the sales/design team in preparing and sending accurate price quotations, proforma invoices, and product presentations to clients.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate closely with Site Supervisors and factory/technical teams to track order statuses, delivery timelines, and installation schedules.
- Payment Tracking: Follow up with clients professionally regarding payment milestones and outstanding balances as per project timelines.
- After-Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase, addressing their queries and ensuring a smooth, premium experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Front Office, Customer Support, or Back-end Operations. Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma holder (Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or Interior Design backgrounds are a plus).
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and Word) and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to quickly learn CRM software and basic quotation tools.
- Soft Skills: * Fluency in local languages and English (both verbal and written).
- Polite, professional, and pleasant phone etiquette.
- Multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
