Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing trends, and customer engagement strategies to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.)
Oversee branding, visual merchandising, and content creation for all marketing channels
Coordinate product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional events
Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives
Manage influencer and PR partnerships to enhance brand visibility
Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and refine strategies based on insights
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury, fashion or FMCG industries
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
