Our Enterprise Performance team helps clients unlock value from enterprise platforms and digital technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As an SAP BRIM Functional Consultant, you will support clients in designing and delivering quote-to-cash solutions that enable complex billing, charging, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
In this role, you will work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into SAP BRIM solutions, support process improvement, and contribute to large-scale transformation programs. You will bring functional knowledge, configuration experience, and a delivery-focused approach to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve sustainable business outcomes.
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Support SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation, enhancement, and support engagements across quote-to-cash processes.
- Conduct fit-gap, As-Is, and To-Be workshops and translate business requirements into SAP BRIM functional designs and configuration decisions.
- Configure and support one or more SAP BRIM components, including Sales Order Management (SOM), SAP Convergent Charging (CC), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable for Convergent Invoicing (CI-FICA).
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, configuration documents, and defect analysis to support quality delivery and production readiness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery teams to support integration, testing, training, and issue resolution.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation, enhancement, or support
- Experience performing fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into SAP BRIM solution designs
- Hands-on configuration experience in one or more of the following: Sales Order Management (SOM) in SAP S/4HANA or SAP CRM, SAP Convergent Charging (CC), or Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable for Convergent Invoicing (CI-FICA)
- Experience with order and contract management, master data, transaction data, SAP Convergent Charging product catalog, and price plan configuration
- Experience with billable item management, consumption item management, convergent invoicing billing, invoicing, posting areas, rating, or partner settlement
- Experience with CI-FICA integration, reconciliation keys, contract accounts receivable and payable to general ledger transfer, and FQ-Events
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience in capital-intensive industries or customer-based industries
- Experience defining requirements, conducting risk analysis, and supporting user testing and training
- Experience integrating SAP BRIM components with SAP and non-SAP applications
- Experience using administration tools or cockpit utilities for system management
- Experience with SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), SAP Sales and Distribution, or SAP Mediation Zone
- Experience supporting business and information technology transformation using SAP standard processes
