Fit Escapades is building India's leading fitness and wellness travel platform curating experiential retreats and wellness getaways. We are at Day 1 and building our core team now.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
A generalist role inside the founder’s office. You will work directly with the founder across hotel partnerships, marketing, content, customer experience, and finance. No two weeks will look the same.
This is not a learn-by-watching role. You will own real work from week one.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Negotiate and contract directly with luxury hotels and retreat properties
Work with our marketing agency to build and execute campaigns
Speak directly with customers and use that feedback to sharpen our product
Support content, branding, and day-to-day operations as the business scales
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Mumbai-based, able to commute to Chembur 5 days a week
Genuinely interested in travel, fitness, or wellness
Independent, fast, and comfortable without a rulebook
The kind of person who finishes things
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
