Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and accurate refraction
- Handle advanced diagnostic procedures (NCT, OCT, Perimetry/HFA, A-Scan, etc.)
- Assist ophthalmologists in clinical evaluation and pre/post-operative care
- Ensure smooth patient flow and reduce waiting time in OPD
- Supervise and guide junior optometrists and support staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, and quality standards
- Support optical sales by providing appropriate lens and frame recommendations
- Participate in outreach programs, eye camps, and screening activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a hospital or eye care setup
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and patient counseling ability
- Team handling and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-volume eye hospitals
- Knowledge of NABH standards and clinical protocols
- Exposure to specialty clinics (Glaucoma, Retina, Pediatric, etc.)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
