Collections Target Achievement: Drive recovery and achieve monthly/quarterly collection targets for assigned area.
Team Leadership: Manage a large team of Collection Officers/Agencies, ensuring productivity and adherence to KPIs.
Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company SOPs, and audit requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct weekly reviews, track delinquency buckets, and implement corrective actions.
Vendor Management: Onboard, train, and evaluate third-party collection agencies; ensure background checks and performance reviews.
Customer Engagement: Liaise with customers to resolve queries, negotiate repayment plans, and handle escalations.
Legal Support: Assist in police/legal matters related to recovery cases.
