Detailed KRA’s
Represent the Finance function in creation of functional and system Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for enhancements, automation, and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and the technology team to understand, explain, and translate business requirements into development-ready solutions
Design comprehensive test scenarios, execute UAT test cases, and ensure Finance sign‑off within defined timelines.
Publish and track daily UAT dashboards covering execution status, defects, risks, and go‑live readiness.
Ensure high‑quality system design and testing with strong control perspective covering regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and error reduction.
Coordinate closely with IT and Operations teams for seamless execution and timely go‑lives, even under stringent timelines.
Own end‑to‑end Finance system requirements for both Finance‑specific and cross‑functional initiatives as an active CFT member.
Lead Finance system readiness for new product launches, ensuring completeness of requirements and downstream impact assessment.
Manage system design quality and defect lifecycle across Tejas (Policy & Claims System), Group Asia (Group Policy Administration System), and myAgent (Distribution Management System).
Drive proactive defect discussions with Finance users, cross‑patch users, and IT teams until logical closure.
Demonstrate strong follow‑up discipline and project management skills to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Act as the Finance SPOC in organization‑level forums related to Compliance, Product Governance, and IT Releases.
Represent Finance confidently in reviews, calls, meetings, and forums, supported by structured analysis and clear articulation.
Apply advanced MS Excel skills, AI prompt engineering, and data analysis to support testing, reconciliations, dashboards, and decision‑making.
Exhibit strong stakeholder management, collaboration, customer obsession, and growth mindset values.
Apply sound knowledge of Life Insurance lifecycle, products, basic accounting principles, and General Ledger structures while evaluating system flows and outcomes.
