Job Title: Placement Coordinator
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days )
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage student placement activities and ensure a seamless placement process. The ideal candidate will coordinate with students and hiring partners, conduct placement readiness sessions, maintain placement records, and support students throughout their placement journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end placement process for assigned student batches.
* Conduct Placement Management Program (PMP) sessions as per the organization's process.
* Identify and shortlist eligible students for job opportunities based on hiring requirements.
* Coordinate interviews between students and hiring partners.
* Follow up with HR teams regarding interview feedback and hiring status.
* Maintain regular communication with students throughout the placement process until closure.
* Update and maintain daily placement trackers, reports, and MIS accurately.
* Share daily progress updates with the Placement Manager.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of placement activities.
* Perform placement-related operational tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
* Adhere to company policies, processes, and work from the office on all working days.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Placement Coordination, Student Success, Career Services, Recruitment, or EdTech.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in coordinating with students, HRs, and hiring partners.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
* Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Organizations.
* Understanding of placement processes and recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
