The Inspector QC is responsible for performing foundational quality checks at the TAG Unit. The role focuses on the inspection of raw materials and finished goods to ensure that all materials meet the required technical specifications through visual and internal testing methods.
Responsible for inspecting all finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform comprehensive testing of all raw materials and finished goods materials.
Conduct detailed visual inspections of products to identify surface defects or irregularities.
Carry out internal testing protocols to verify material integrity and performance.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results using MS Office tools.
Collaborate with the production team to flag and isolate non-conforming materials.
Assist senior QC staff in maintaining the organization's quality benchmarks on the shop floor.
Hands-on experience in inspecting finished industrial products.
Knowledge of testing procedures for both raw materials and finished goods.
Proficiency in visual inspection and basic internal testing methodologies.
Basic computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inspection data.
Ability to follow technical quality checklists and engineering guidelines.
Good communication skills for reporting material status to the QC supervisor.
