Hiring: Franchise Lead Tele Sales Execut
Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Franchise Lead Tele Sales Executives to connect with prospective franchise investors, explain our franchise business model, and schedule meetings for the Franchise Expansion team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified franchise leads.
- Explain franchise opportunity and business model.
- Understand the prospect's investment capacity, preferred location, and business interest.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings or video calls with the Franchise Expansion Manager.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Follow up regularly to convert interested prospects into qualified franchise leads.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Franchise Sales, or Business Development.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
