Customer Relationship & Business Management Inteligence (CRBMI)
Location: Rs Puram, Coimbatore
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship & Business Management Intelingence (CRBMI) Manager to lead Customer Relationship, MIS, Data Analytics, Telecalling, and Digital Marketing functions to drive business growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CRBM team, including MIS, Data, Telecalling, and Digital Marketing.
- Monitor sales pipeline, customer performance, and business KPIs.
- Develop and present dashboards using Power BI and business analytics tools.
- Work with SAP/ERP systems to generate reports and support business decisions.
- Improve customer experience, lead conversion, and customer retention.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless business execution.
- Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, productivity, and business processes.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–10 years of experience in CRM, Business Management, MIS, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SAP/ERP systems is mandatory.
- Good understanding of CRM, dashboards, KPI reporting, and business analytics.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Steel, Building Materials, Logistics, Distribution, Industrial Products, or B2B Organizations.
Location: Coimbatore
Salary: Best in the Industry + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
