Perform fitting, assembly, alignment and installation of mechanical components of extrusion, braiding, spiraling and cooling line machinery.
- Carry out routine and breakdown maintenance of pumps, gear boxes, bearings, couplings and moulds/dies used in hose pipe production.
- Read and interpret drawings/manuals to fabricate or repair machine parts and fixtures.
- Support die and mould changeover activities to reduce machine downtime.
- Ensure proper lubrication and greasing schedules are followed for all rotating equipment.
- Assist in installation/commissioning of new machinery and line modifications.
- Maintain tools, spares and work area as per 5S and safety standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
