We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager with strong expertise in sourcing mobile accessories from OEM/ODM manufacturers. The ideal candidate should have experience working with suppliers of earbuds, TWS, neckbands, Bluetooth speakers, smartwatches, chargers, power banks, data cables, adapters, mobile holders, and related accessories.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable manufacturers, negotiating prices, ensuring product quality, managing product development, and building long-term supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source OEM/ODM manufacturers for mobile accessories.
- Identify new suppliers across India and international markets (China, Vietnam, etc.).
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and production timelines.
- Develop private label products under the company's brand.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, certifications, and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate product sampling, testing, and approvals.
- Work closely with product development, quality, and operations teams.
- Analyze market trends and recommend new products.
- Ensure products comply with Indian regulatory and quality standards.
- Manage supplier performance, delivery schedules, and production follow-ups.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain sourcing databases, quotations, and vendor documentation.
- Travel to supplier factories when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra (Bhiwandi)
