Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing invoices and payments, assisting in statutory compliance, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The role ensures accurate and timely financial transactions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process purchase, sales, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Prepare bank payment entries and reconcile bank statements.
- Process employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory payment details (as applicable).
- Assist in monthly payroll accounting entries.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist auditors by providing required financial documents and reports.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and ensure document confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- M.Com or professional certifications are an added advantage.
Experience:
- 0–2 Years: Junior Accounts Executive
- 2–5 Years: Accounts Executive
- Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Experience with accounting software (Tally ERP, Tally Prime, SAP, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
