Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening, scheduling, and coordination of interviews.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Payroll & Compliance
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and policy documents.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Processing and Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and Payroll Software.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- Certifications in Payroll or HR Operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate Joiner or candidates serving notice period up to 15 days.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling both recruitment and payroll functions simultaneously.
Pay: ₹12,633.93 - ₹41,341.22 per month
