Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Office 365, SharePoint, PowerApps, and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical guidance, set coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Office 365, including SharePoint Online and PowerApps.
- Proficient in .NET Framework / .NET Core development.
- Experience with AI integration and modern web technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
