Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across non-IT domains. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer rollout and joining.
- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Sales, BFSI, EdTech, BPO, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or other non-IT roles.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
