Job Description
New Vision Healthcare is looking for energetic and motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing pharmaceutical sales team in Thane and surrounding areas.
The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals and healthcare professionals and developing strong professional relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors regularly and promote company products professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Cover assigned territory effectively and maintain regular doctor calls.
- Visit pharmacies and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop the assigned territory.
- Provide product information and communicate product benefits accurately.
- Maintain daily call reports and submit regular sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate preferred, preferably B.Sc./B.Pharm/B.Com/BBA or equivalent.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience can apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in pharmaceutical sales may also be considered.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with an existing doctor/chemist network in Thane will be preferred.
