Job Summary
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the timely procurement of food, packaging, and operational supplies required for smooth restaurant operations. The role involves vendor management, cost control, inventory coordination, and ensuring uninterrupted supply across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders based on approved requisitions and inventory requirements.
- Source and procure food ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- Coordinate with stores and operations teams to monitor stock levels.
- Verify purchase invoices and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare purchase reports, cost analysis, and procurement MIS.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with food safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in QSR, Hospitality, or F&B industry.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and inventory processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/POS systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
