Inventory Controller – Corporate Gifting Company
Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage stock operations for a corporate gifting company. The role involves tracking inventory, coordinating with vendors and warehouse teams, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring timely availability of products for client orders and festive campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels across warehouses and storage locations
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software systems
- Handle inward and outward material entries
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and dispatch teams
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Track damaged, missing, or slow-moving inventory
- Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving gifting items
- Prepare inventory reports and stock movement analysis
- Manage packaging material and gift kit inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for stock deliveries and returns
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory/ERP software
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high-volume festive season operations
- Communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of inventory/warehouse experience
- Experience in retail, gifting, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred
