We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Australian Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Candidates from banking, finance, insurance, or customer support backgrounds will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
