Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven social media strategies aligning with company goals and audience demographics.
- Content Creation: Plan, write, design, and curate engaging multimedia content (images, videos, reels, and captions) across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Community Management: Foster brand loyalty by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions, while managing customer service inquiries online.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversion rates, adjusting future strategies based on data insights.
- Social Listening & Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging content formats, viral trends, and algorithm updates to maintain relevance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Experience: Background in social media marketing, digital media, or a similar role.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major social networks (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok) and their unique audiences.
- Creative Proficiency: Basic familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Analytical Tools: Working knowledge of scheduling and analytics platforms like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Communication: Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone to the brand's voice.
