Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment: Define and analyze business needs, ensuring projects align with the company's mission and long-term goals. Requirements Management: Interview stakeholders to gather, document, and manage business, functional, and user requirements. Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and develop, recommend, and implement optimized, efficient business processes. Solution Analysis: Evaluate potential software or process solutions, including cost-benefit analyses, to determine the best approach. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data to evaluate performance, create reports/dashboards, and identify trends.
