We are looking for a CCTV Technician with 1 year of experience to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IP and analog CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and basic networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Install and troubleshoot IP and Analog CCTV Cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
- Perform cable laying, camera mounting, and system testing.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure remote viewing on mobile devices and computers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic inspections.
- Attend on-site service calls and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with the support team for spare parts and warranty-related issues.
- Ensure proper functioning of surveillance systems and provide customer support.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, UNV, Uniview, Uniarch, and other CCTV brands.
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, Analog Cameras, DVR, NVR, POE Switches, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP addressing, routers, and switches.
- Experience in cable laying, crimping, and CCTV installation.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Any Technical Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with biometric access control, video door phones, and attendance systems.
- Knowledge of fiber optic cabling and structured networking is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installation and service calls.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
