Sales Manager – Delhi / NCR

Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities across schools, corporates, and institutions. Cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
· Client Engagement: Conduct product demos and presentations for security systems, IFP panels, and ERP solutions. Understand client pain points and pitch tailored solutions.
· Sales Cycle Management: Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation, closing, and post-sales handoff.
· Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and unit sales targets. Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecast.
· Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends in Delhi/NCR. Share feedback with product/marketing teams.
· Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with key decision makers in schools, IT heads, admin heads, and C-suite in corporates.
Requirements
· Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales, preferably in security equipment, ed-tech hardware like IFP panels, or ERP/software sales.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be confident presenting to principals, IT managers, and CXOs.
· Personality: Presentable, confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
· Mobility: Must have own conveyance for client meetings across Delhi/NCR.
· Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and delivering virtual demos when needed.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
