Role Description
The Structural Detailer will be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) based on markups, sketches, and instructions provided by structural engineers. The role involves converting engineering designs into clear, accurate, and construction-ready drawings for site execution.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing formwork drawings, reinforcement detailing for RCC elements such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, staircases, and retaining walls, as well as updating drawings based on design revisions and engineer comments. The detailer will ensure that all drawings comply with company standards, project requirements, and relevant Indian codes.
The role requires close coordination with structural engineers, architects, and project teams to address drawing-related queries, incorporate revisions, and maintain drawing quality throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess strong AutoCAD skills, a sound understanding of RCC construction and reinforcement detailing practices, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (or)
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Additional relevant certification is a plus
Experience
- 1–3 years of CAD detailing in AEC industry.
- Freshers with CAD proficiency are welcome
- Experience producing BBS independently from RC drawings using IS 2502 is added advantage
- CAD 2D — mandatory
- MS Excel — for BBS tabulation.
- Familiarity with IS SP:34:1987, IS 456:2000, IS 13920:2016, IS 2502:1963, NBC 2016 Part 6
