Job Description
We are looking for a Student Advisor who will be responsible for counselling students and helping them choose the right Online UG & PG programs based on their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students through calls and explain suitable UG & PG online programs.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend the right course/program.
- Handle student queries related to courses, fees, admission process and eligibility.
- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build a good relationship with students and guide them throughout the admission process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales or EdTech.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with targets.
- Ability to handle student/parent objections.
- Comfortable with 6 days working.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
