Job Title: EXIM Operations ExecutiveRole Overview
The EXIM Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring smooth movement of goods while complying with customs regulations and international trade requirements. The role involves coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, overseas suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely documentation, customs clearance, and delivery of shipments. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate trade documentation, tracking shipments, coordinating with banks and logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain EXIM documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, Delivery Order, Insurance Documents, and other statutory documents.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance and dispatch.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Follow up on pending documents and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with banks for LC, DP, DA, remittances, and other trade-related documentation, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, RBI, and other applicable EXIM regulations.
- Maintain shipment trackers, MIS reports, and document records.
- Coordinate with Finance for customs duty, freight payments, and vendor invoices.
- Resolve shipment, documentation, and customs-related issues.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of import and export operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
