Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Enablement & Governance Lead to drive the enterprise-wide adoption, governance, and scaling of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities. This role is responsible for enabling secure, compliant, and cost-effective deployment of Copilot agents, connectors, plugins, and extensibility features while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance standards.
The ideal candidate combines deep Microsoft 365 Copilot expertise with strong governance, security, stakeholder management, and platform lifecycle experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Copilot Enablement :
- Drive the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across the organization.
- Prioritize Copilot agents, connectors, plugins, and extensibility features based on business value and strategic roadmap.
- Maintain and manage the capability backlog and release pipeline.
- Create enablement materials, documentation, user guidance, and training programs to support adoption.
Governance & Compliance :
- Lead end-to-end governance and approval processes involving Security, Legal, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Evaluate new Copilot capabilities for security, compliance, and enterprise readiness.
- Manage approval workflows, risk assessments, exception handling, and documentation.
- Maintain audit-ready records supporting internal and external compliance requirements.
Platform Governance :
- Define governance standards for Copilot agents, connectors, plugins, and enterprise data access.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Copilot capabilities, including onboarding, monitoring, maintenance, retirement, and decommissioning.
- Ensure governance policies are consistently implemented across the platform.
Extensibility & Integrations :
- Govern integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, third-party systems, and external data sources.
- Define approval standards and best practices for secure Copilot extensibility.
- Partner with Security and Architecture teams to ensure integrations meet enterprise standards.
Monitoring, Analytics & FinOps :
- Monitor platform adoption, usage trends, and capability performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure business value and user adoption.
- Manage Microsoft Copilot consumption, PAYG budgets, licensing, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Recommend improvements based on usage analytics and retire low-value capabilities where appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.

- Microsoft Graph integration
- Experience implementing governance frameworks in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Security, Legal, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Knowledge of Copilot capability lifecycle management.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, adoption metrics, and FinOps/cost optimization is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience leading Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI platform governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Graph.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud governance practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
