Experience: 2-4 Years in South Indian Cuisine (Hotel/Restaurant Industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
- Handle mise en place and support daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Assist senior chefs during service and minimize food wastage.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production.
