We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee employee wellness programs and workplace hygiene standards. The candidate will ensure compliance with health regulations, promote employee well-being, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs.
- Monitor workplace hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training.
- Coordinate medical check-ups and health camps.
- Maintain employee health records and documentation.
- Work closely with management to improve workplace safety.
- Handle employee grievances related to health and safety.
Must have
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience (Hotels /Healthcare preferred).
- Knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and compliance.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
