Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue.
- Generate leads through field visits, educational institutions, referrals, and corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and ensure successful admission closures.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and submit daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and branch teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Represent Catalyst Education professionally in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- EdTech, Education, Training, Banking, Insurance, or Telecom sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel across the Malappuram region.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
