Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Bench Sales Executive. The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing IT consultants to direct clients, preferred vendors, and implementation partners. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for placement, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining client and vendor relationships, submitting candidates for open positions, and collaborating with recruitment teams to meet market demands. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with visa and legal requirements while maintaining thorough documentation of processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Bench Sales, including marketing IT consultants, building vendor relationships, and managing submission processes
- Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and understanding client requirements
- Knowledge of key aspects of visa requirements (such as H1B, OPT, GC, EAD, and TN visas) and related legal compliances
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with direct clients, preferred vendors, and placement partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in basic MS Office tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred
Pay: ₹25,049.33 - ₹60,656.61 per month
