Position : Incharge – Shoe Manufacturing Plant
Location : Bahadurgarh

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and shop floor activities.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely production output.
- Coordinate with workers and production departments for operational efficiency.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards within the plant.
- Monitor machine operations and basic troubleshooting support.
- Prepare and maintain production-related reports.
- Ensure proper manpower handling and shift coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from South India are preferred.
- Must be willing to relocate to Bahadurgarh.
- Qualification:
- ITI completed in any stream, or
- Diploma completed in any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic leadership and coordination skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of production operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
