Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in international logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea & Land).
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and supply chain basics.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
