Overview:
Responsibilities:

MDM analyst work with the Supervisor to pick up format / region responsibilities.

Responsible for owning end to end process of master data maintenance/Customer maintenance.

Ensure timely processing of pricing requests as per the Key account managers' requests.
-
Ensure delivering work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
-
Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology (Automation)
- Be the point of contact for CLO/ regions responsible for all Global Sales Enablement activities.

Be the representative of the Global Sale Support team to contribute towards teams' success.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in Operations Finance/Sales (for L5)

Bachelor’s in commerce/Business Administration/Marketing Master’s degree is a plus

Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferred
