Position Summary
The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for managing roofing and PEB project execution at site, ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage roofing, PEB, and structural works at site
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ
- Coordinate with fabrication, erection, and installation teams
- Monitor material usage and control wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports
- Handle site-level technical issues and provide solutions
- Support billing measurements and project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- OR relevant hands-on experience in roofing / PEB projects
Experience
- 5+ years experience in Roofing / PEB / Structural projects
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mangalore tiles, metal roofing, PEB structures
- Understanding of fabrication and erection processes
- Designing tools knowledge (AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.) – Added Advantage
- Ability to read and interpret drawings

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
