JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective sales strategies and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales report.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain long-term business relationships.
REQUIRMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales sales or sales management (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
