Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Act as the primary communication hub by answering phones, screening emails, and managing physical and digital filing systems
- Schedule & Event Management: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and arrange travel for staff
- Facility & Inventory Operations: Monitor and restock office supplies, manage office equipment, and liaise with vendors and building maintenance
- Financial Oversight: Process invoices, maintain expense records, assist with petty cash, and coordinate with the accounting team
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Assist human resources with onboarding and support management with ad-hoc reporting and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
