Job Description – Sales Executive
Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 1+ Year preferred
Location: Gurugram
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous sales experience will be preferred.
Salary:
₹18,000 onwards, depending on experience and candidate profile.
