Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Organizational Development
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and strengthen organizational structure to support business growth.
- Identify manpower gaps and implement workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop scalable HR policies, systems, and processes.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Improve hiring efficiency and ensure quality talent acquisition.
- Design and enhance onboarding processes to improve employee retention and engagement.
Performance Management
- Implement KPI/KRA-based performance management systems.
- Conduct performance reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning.
- Drive accountability and productivity across all departments.
HR Automation & Process Improvement
- Implement and optimize HRMS, ERP, and other HR technology solutions.
- Digitize HR operations for improved efficiency and transparency.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and workforce data.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Build a positive, performance-oriented work culture.
- Address employee concerns and implement engagement initiatives.
- Promote continuous learning and leadership development.
HR Analytics & Compliance
- Monitor HR metrics including attrition, hiring effectiveness, productivity, and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, organizational development, and performance management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ERP, and HR automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Ecommerce, Manufacturing, Garment, Textile, or related industries preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
