Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor production activities.
- Supervise fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Quality and Dispatch teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
- Reduce production downtime and improve productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in heavy equipment or Trommel manufacturing.
- Experience in fabrication and production planning.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
