To ensure all customer vehicles are cleaned and delivered in excellent condition after servicing by following proper washing procedures, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing quality finishing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and clean two-wheeler vehicles after service completion.
- Perform exterior cleaning, foam wash, pressure wash, and drying of vehicles.
- Remove dust, mud, grease, and stains from vehicle surfaces.
- Ensure proper cleaning of wheels, mudguards, engine areas, and other parts.
- Use washing equipment, cleaning chemicals, and tools safely.
- Follow company standards for vehicle appearance before delivery.
- Perform final inspection to ensure no water marks, dirt, or missed areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of washing area and keep tools/equipment in good condition.
- Handle customer vehicles carefully to avoid scratches or damage.
- Inform supervisor about any vehicle damage noticed before washing.
- Support workshop team during vehicle movement and delivery preparation.
- Follow safety practices while using water, pressure machines, and chemicals.
