- Source, recruit, and onboard qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various domains.
- Engage closely with the SME network to align project timelines and resource availability.
- Maintain and manage complete databases of SME profiles, performance logs, and tracking metrics.
- Enforce strict quality assurance guidelines on all structural and factual content produced by SMEs.
- Source, evaluate, and manage professional translators for multi-lingual content conversion projects.
- Organize and track translator workflow data, ensuring project assignments are clear and delivered on time.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on translated assets to ensure accurate contextual meaning and formatting.
- Coordinate the development of high-quality assessment question papers directly through the SME network.
- Utilize generative AI tools to draft baseline question papers, followed by rigorous evaluation and review through the SME network.
- Ensure question paper quality perfectly matches specific assessment frameworks, blueprints, or evaluation matrices.
- Create robust assessment frameworks and system designs, including complete blueprints and matrix indicators.
- Draft and prepare comprehensive proposals for upcoming client assessment programs.
- Organize and distribute translation tasks efficiently through the established translator network.
- Execute rigorous quality assurance cycles for all incoming translation work.
- Manage inbound content requests, ensuring requests are logged, assigned, and completed without bottlenecks.
- Handle backend uploading, structuring, and final content publishing across online learning and assessment platforms.
- Maintain absolute compliance and strict adherence to NCVET quality guidelines across all learning materials.
- Oversee formal NCVET-compliant data creation, documentation, and database management.
- Manage and coordinate safe data migration projects moving content library materials onto new assessment platforms.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet the strict guidelines and requirements of different Sector Skill Councils (SSCs).
- Attend and participate actively in regular online meetings with Sector Skill Councils.
- Organize, separate, and manage content and educational data by its respective Sector Skill Council category.
- Supervise the main content library, managing files and digital assets to ensure everything is easy to retrieve.
- Coordinate and support the development of standard-aligned K-12 school educational content.
- Lead the development, formatting, and validation of standardized personality assessment tools.
- Maintain documentation and execute specific compliance activities required for organizational ISO quality audits.
- Develop well-structured training content packages, including professional cover pages and core training aids such as PowerPoints and educational videos.
- Participate in online and in-person meetings directly with clients to map requirements and report project progress.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite: Advanced hands-on command over Microsoft Word (for proposals and guidelines), Excel (for tracker logs, NCVET data, and SME database management), and PowerPoint (for training aids).
- Canva, Adobe InDesign or equivalent tool for creating/formatting training content
- AI Tool Utilization: Comfort and familiarity using generative AI platforms to draft baseline assessment questions before SME verification.
- Platform Operations: Experienced in backend data migration, course uploading, and content publication architectures on web platforms.
- Excellent command over professional English with refined communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
